Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and minors

You must be at least the legal gambling age where you are located to use the Service. In New Zealand, this is generally 20 years for casino-style gambling. The Service is not intended for children or minors. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not meet age requirements.

2. Social-casino classification (no real-money gambling)

• The Service provides entertainment gameplay only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager New Zealand dollars or any other real-world currency in the gameplay.
• No prizes of real-world value: gameplay outcomes do not award cash, gift cards, or items redeemable for money or money’s worth.

3. Virtual currency and items

Any virtual coins, credits, points, boosters, or similar digital items are for use within the Service only. They have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-redeemable, and cannot be exchanged for real-world money or goods. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items to maintain the Service.

4. Optional purchases, billing, and disputes

If offered, you may buy virtual items via in-app purchases or other payment methods. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at purchase. All purchases are generally final to the extent permitted by law; refund requests are handled under the applicable store/payment provider policies and any non-excludable rights under New Zealand law. For billing questions or to report unauthorised charges, contact contact@topwinchronicles.com promptly. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in restricted access.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking laws, infringing rights, or attempting to access other users’ accounts.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, reverse engineering, or bypassing security.
• Harassment, hate speech, or harmful/obscene content in any community features.
• Using the Service to advertise, spam, or distribute malware.

We may remove content and suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual property and copyright notices

The Service, including software, design, text, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@topwinchronicles.com with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL/location, (c) your contact details, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

8. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the effective date.
